Terms & Conditions
General Terms & Conditions- These terms govern all products and services supplied by 1ZERO2 Limited (1ZERO2/we/us) and are effective from 1 October 2025.
- We can change these terms without giving you notice, which may be done by posting the revised terms on our website.
- If you're buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these terms.
- The terms are subject to New Zealand law, and New Zealand Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
Making a Purchase
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase from the online shop.
- Purchases are for your own use, and you cannot buy goods from the website for resupply.
- All orders depend on product or service availability. If an item isn't available, we will try to notify this on our online shop.
- We can refuse a potential customer, including based on age, for any reason.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices exclude delivery charges.
- We can change prices at any time.
- You must pay by credit card online, but we can change the required payment method at any time.
- All payments are processed via Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
Delivery and Shipping
- We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses.
- Delivery costs are shown on the website, and the total cost will be in your online shopping basket.
- Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on your location.
- We will try to dispatch orders for physical goods promptly.
- Delivery time varies depending on your location and the courier.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order is ready for dispatch.
- Delivery hours are Monday to Sunday, 6 am to 11 pm.
- Alcohol Delivery Rules:
- Alcohol cannot be left unattended or with someone under the legal drinking age.
- The courier needs a signature upon delivery.
- If no one is home, the courier will leave a card so you can arrange a new delivery or collection time.
- No alcohol will be delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1 pm on Anzac Day.

Returns and Faulty Items
- If you have issues with your order, you must contact us in writing at 1zero2.nz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it.
- For a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Returns are at your own risk and cost.
- We do not have to give a refund if you simply change your mind.
- If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
- Any broken items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to 1zero2.nz@gmail.com.
Liability and Consumer Guarantees
- If you are buying goods or services for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
- We aim for complete and accurate website information, but we take no responsibility for its completeness or current accuracy to the extent allowed by law.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, we exclude all liability for any claim unless we have acted in bad faith.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied.
Privacy
- Unless you opt-in, we will not contact you again in the future.
- If you opt-in, you can unsubscribe later via email or the instructions at the bottom of our emails.
- Opting out of general messages will not stop messages specifically related to your order(s).
- We may use personal information to provide products/services and manage orders/payments.
- Our website may require you to allow "cookies" on your computer for some features to work.
- We cannot guarantee our website is secure and are not responsible for security breaches beyond our control.
- You can request details of the personal information we hold and ask us to correct it.
